This is an organic certified, fully washed Kivu 3 grade lot from smallholder farmers in the Isale region of North-Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo. This coffee was produced by Virunga Coffee Company, an Olam operation in eastern DRC.

Notes: citrus, caramel, black tea & forest fruits 

Delicious and complex, it's a huge favourite with staff and customers.
