About the Monks Coffee Liqueur
Our artisanal coffee liqueur is a refined blend of tradition, expertise, and innovation. We carefully select high-quality coffee beans, roasted by us to perfection with deep knowledge and passion to preserve their full aromatic complexity.
Blending distinct coffee varieties, the beans are macerated separately using tailored methods: some at high temperatures to extract rich, full-bodied notes, and at sub-zero temperatures to draw out delicate flavours while depleting harsh or bitter tones.
The entire process takes place in a historic Amsterdam distillery, founded in 1679, where craftsmanship and heritage meet. No artificial flavours are added and every drop is the result of meticulous, small-batch production.
