Eco Sustainability
At Monks Coffee Roasters we endeavour to be a sustainable cafe and to accept responsibility for our impact on the environment around us.
We have eliminated single use plastic waste from our cafe and use bio degradable materials where possible and minimise our waste. Our takeaway cups are compostable and we encourage our customers to bring their own cups for discounted coffee. We also re-use our coffee grains to make plant food and body scrub. Our coffee is delivered to customers throughout the metro area by electric bike.
We are constantly on the look out for other ways we can improve our methods without compromise and invite comment from our customers.
