How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe & Save lets you receive your favourite Monks Coffee automatically, on a schedule that you choose. Select your coffee, choose how often you want it delivered, and your order will be placed and shipped automatically.

Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Yes. All subscription orders are freshly roasted and shipped according to your delivery schedule.
Can I choose how often my coffee is delivered?
Yes. You can choose a delivery frequency that works for you, such as every 7, 14, 21 or 28 days.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip upcoming deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account — no commitments and no cancellation fees.
When will I be charged and will I be notified?
Your payment is processed before each scheduled delivery (i.e. the date of your initial order) using the payment method you selected at checkout.
