Café Rivense del Chirripó is a family-run micromill founded in 2005 by Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas, located in Costa Rica's Chirripó micro-region. Their coffee has earned acclaim, including 5th place in the 2019 Cup of Excellence for their Vista al Chirripó Caturra Honey microlot. Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, sun-dried on raised beds, milled, and packaged on-site to ensure traceability and top quality from farm to cup.
