This medium roast from Brazil is suited best for slow pour. We have had it as a V60 (18g in and 3 x 1 minute pours: 75ml, 75ml and 150ml. That is 250ml in total) and we have also made it in the Aeropress. Make sure your water is off the boil at around 93°C. All delicious and an explosion of flavour as it cools.
An exceptional medium roast with intense cupping flavour.
