A fully hands on coffee brewing course with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and practice your new skills. You do not need any specific prior knowledge. Classes are taught by senior baristas and is aimed at both the home enthusiast who wants to increase their knowledge and skills and for those who already are or wish to be, in the HORECA industry.
You will learn about...
- Introduction to coffee history
- The journey from the green coffee bean to your cup.
- Learn to brew with a Hario V60, Aeropress, Chemex and Clever Dripper
- Slow extraction and pour skills.
- Correct grind and dosage for better flavour profile
Duration
The course lasts for about 2 hours. Course is limited to 4 persons max. You will receive a course manual, certificate of participation and a bag of Monks delicious coffee to take home.

This course is run on Fridays at 18:00
Where?
Training is at Monks Coffee Lab at Bilderdijkstraat 46. The facility is fully equipped with professional equipment to give you full hands on practical experience.
