Diablo is our darkest roast — Colombian Grade 1 Excelso pushed to its limit without crossing into bitter. Colombia produces some of the cleanest, most structured coffee in the world, and this particular lot has the density to handle a dark roast profile while keeping its character intact. Sweet intensity up front, a core of dark chocolate, and a fruity citrus finish that cuts through the roast. Uncompromising as a straight espresso. The name is earned.
